  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
  • You will receive a confirmation once your order is shipped

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location
  • Remote or rural areas may take longer

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID/link will be shared
  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will usually make 2–3 delivery attempts
  • If the order is undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned

6. Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Logistics issues
  • High order volume

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or cancelled

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, do not accept it

9. Lost Shipments
