Return & Refund Policy – Eau de Parfum & Attar Products

We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or leaked upon delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or partially used perfumes or attars
  • Products with tampered or broken seals
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Returns requested after the specified time window

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Send an email to griffinoud16@gmail.com
  2. Include:
  • Order ID
  • Clear images/videos of the product showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

Once approved, instructions for return or replacement will be provided.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

5. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, based on availability
  • Replacement requests follow the same verification process

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered
  • For any other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund

7. Important Notes

  • Fragrances are sensitive products; slight variation in scent perception is not considered a defect
  • Ensure accurate shipping details while placing orders to avoid delivery issues
